Taco Boy is actively hiring Restaurant Managers (Service Managers) and Kitchen Managers (Sous Chefs) for our Charleston-area locations.

Position Overview
As a Restaurant Manager at Taco Boy, you will:
Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team performance
Partner with culinary and service teams to drive consistency and execution
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Step into leadership during busy services and problem-solve in real time

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
• Experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
