Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and serving others
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, hands-on, “can-do” attitude
- Comfort in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Appreciation for beach lifestyle, creativity, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Lead the guest experience by using feedback to improve service and increase return visits
- Train, coach, and develop service and kitchen teams
- Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere guests want to come back to
- Reinforce the Mex 1 menu journey, including margaritas and tequila knowledge
- Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service
- Foster a positive, accountable, and fun team culture
