About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driving the performance of the store
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to increase productivity through coaching, and training
• Technology skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Basic math skills

Nice To Haves

• Passion for our business and family values
• A college degree is preferred, but not required
• One or more years of restaurant management experience is preferred
• Some positions (and locations) may require you to get a food handler permit; don’t worry – we cover the cost.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to bring out their best and yours

• Knowledge of managing restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs
• Knowledge and experience in staffing and analyzing profit/loss statements
• Ability to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy
• Leading one of the beast teams in town ensuring customer satisfaction
