About The Position

The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves achieving company objectives in sales, service, safety, quality, and appearance. The manager will partner with operations and general management to develop marketing and up-selling initiatives, monitor and address guest satisfaction trends, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining food production standards, managing costs, ensuring proper cash handling, and overseeing required paperwork and scheduling. The manager must also ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations and be able to fill in where needed to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous restaurant experience required.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of corporate training program required.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities
