About The Position

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead by example management style. This role utilizes leadership skills to motivate employees, ensuring cost control and labor management. The manager will inspect the establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations. Additionally, the role involves ensuring paperwork accuracy, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records. The primary focus will be on Quick-Service operations.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of full and quick-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
• Extensive front of house knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history
• Strong work ethic
