As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent service, strong team performance, and a high-quality guest experience. In this role, you will manage front-of-house operations, lead and support your team on the floor, and ensure service standards are executed effectively. You are accountable for staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching team members, while also maintaining operational efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with Company standards.
