About The Position

The Restaurant Manager oversees the restaurant’s daily operations and staff while delivering an excellent customer experience centered on great bar-b-que, great service, and cleanliness. The role calls for a diligent leader who supports team members, upholds company standards and procedures, and contributes to the company’s family-oriented, faith-centered culture. The manager is expected to provide exceptional customer service, know menu items and specials, and comply with local and state health guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques.
• Willingness to uphold company standards within the team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Willingness to work as scheduled.
• Ability to use hands and arms continuously.
• Willingness to follow uniform and safety standards.
• Willingness to uphold the company’s Smoke-Free Workplace Policy.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
