We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in casual or upscale casual dining restaurants.
Excellent coaching skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with coordination of catering and special events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Open and close the restaurant following managerial procedures.
Seat guests, help in expo, or run food as necessary
Be a positive influence on our staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our staff and our guests
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
