Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a Full-Service concept
High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $5 million per year in sales
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

Responsibilities

Lead with energy and enthusiasm while creating a fun, guest-focused culture built on exceptional hospitality
Partner with the General Manager to maintain operational excellence, product quality, and brand standards
Drive sales and profitability through team development, local marketing initiatives, and sound financial management
Serve as a strong brand ambassador by building positive relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and the community
