The Restaurant & Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. This role is for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, can communicate with Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN, and enjoys immediate gratification from making someone's experience better or inspiring their team to play at a higher level. The ideal candidate has never met a goal they can't beat, can handle high-volume days while working an average of 50-hour work weeks, and possesses the ability to oversee all aspects of the business from minor details to the big picture.
