The Opportunity: High Flying Foods is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead multi-unit operations for Nixtaco, Temple Coffee, and Bawk restaurants, newly opened at Sacramento International Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee three distinctive concepts in a high-energy airport environment. In this role, you will inspire and develop a dynamic team, cultivate a positive and high-performance culture, and drive daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and strong financial results. You will ensure each concept consistently delivers on brand standards while maintaining efficiency, quality, and service at the highest level.
