We are looking for a motivated manager who is interested in a Restaurant Manager position at our Heath, OH location!

Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees
Complete opening & closing paperwork
Receive & submit invoices
Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
Communicate effectively with all staff
Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
Audit safe & cash drawers
Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering
Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
Assist in the development of employees
Performs other duties as assigned
