About The Position

Oregano’s Pizza Bistro is expanding and seeking high-energy Support Managers to lead their teams. This role is for individuals with a passion for hospitality, a knack for leadership, and a love for great food. As a manager, you will be instrumental in shaping guest experiences and team culture. Requirements

Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar).
The ability to stay cool under pressure while coordinating a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
Valid Driver’s License.
Food safety/alcohol certifications.
The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass a background check (credit, driving, and criminal).

Previous high-volume restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

Managing shift staffing, executing standards of service, and leading daily pre-shift meetings.
Reducing turnover through hands-on coaching, development, and participating in the hiring process.
Conducting line checks, ensuring 100% recipe compliance, and maintaining strict food safety standards.
Resolving guest concerns graciously and ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
Managing administrative tasks (detailed shift notes, HACCP logs, and staff reviews) with precision.
