This role is for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, can communicate with team members and guests in a way that inspires fun, and enjoys immediate gratification from making someone's experience better or inspiring their team. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, capable of handling high-volume days, managing significant physical demands (walking miles per shift, working 50-hour weeks), and overseeing all aspects of the business from minor details to the big picture.
