About The Position

The Restaurant & Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. This role is for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, can communicate with team members and guests in a way that inspires fun, and enjoys immediate gratification from making someone's experience better or inspiring their team. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, capable of handling high-volume days, managing significant physical demands (walking miles per shift, working 50-hour weeks), and overseeing all aspects of the business from minor details to the big picture.

Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
  • Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
  • Living core values along with leading others to do so
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
