Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive team performance and guest satisfaction
• Solid understanding of P&L, labor, and cost control
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (24/7 operation)
