About The Position
Ganko Ittetsu Ramen, an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant established in 2015, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its Braintree location. We are known for our high-end, authentic Sapporo Ramen, made without artificial flavors like MSG, using fresh ingredients, with key components imported directly from Japan. We are looking for a candidate interested in learning about Japanese food and culture, and who loves ramen.
Requirements
- Must be interested in learning Japanese food and culture.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work both lunch and dinner shift.
- Must be able to work on the WEEKENDS.
- Must be a team player.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18+ since we serve alcohol.
- Must have valid TIPs Certification & ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
- Must be able to have strong leadership, communication, customer service skills, plus food/beverage knowledge.
- Must be able to multitasking, conflict resolution, and flexibility.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of +5 year hospitality experience preferred.
- Restaurant management experience preferred.
