About The Position
Gamble Sands, located in Brewster, WA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Seasonal Restaurant Manager! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality role (often 2+ years).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervises daily activities, ensuring cleanliness, proper equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Manages, schedules, and trains team members (servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff) to maintain consistent service levels.
- Interacts with guests, gathers feedback, and resolves complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitors stock levels, places orders, and identifies ways to reduce operational costs.
- Oversees food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Performs cash handling, reconciles sales transactions, and generates end-of-shift reports.
