About The Position

The incumbent is expected to lead a multi-million-dollar business. Their main responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing team members and shift supervisors, and building the capabilities of the team. They are also responsible for fostering a strong store culture, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching team members.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).

  • Regular access to personal vehicle
  • Clear speech and good hearing both face to face and on the phone; hears well in noisy social environments.
  • Clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses; vision sufficient to drive motor vehicles safely with or without corrective lenses.
  • Uses critical thinking skills to interpret information furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
  • Makes sound decisions and sets goals based on available information and evaluates situations and requirements to plan and adjust work accordingly.
  • Projects accurate future occurrences based on current or historic data.
  • Must be able to work with supervision; able to make decisions about the severity of variable situations and evaluate the most appropriate response; able to make appropriate decisions related to customer requests.
  • Will be exposed to varying weather conditions, soil, pollen, grass and plant materials and fertilizer while working; will be exposed to cleaning solutions of home strength; may be exposed to industrial strength solutions for pest control, paints or solvents, biohazards such as bloodborne pathogens, sewage, or building waste.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems.
  • Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed.
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members.
  • Maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values.
  • Responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant.
  • Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained.
  • Respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or corrective actions when necessary.
  • Create a happy and safe work environment.
  • Ensuring restaurant plans and marking incentive are being implemented.
  • Holds team members accountable for by performance management process.
  • Recognizes employees for exceptional performance and embodying or core values using Our RBD Value Card to reinforce breakthrough results and to help them and you become a values Ambassador.
  • Attending staff, departmental, and required meetings.
  • Following cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
  • Adhering to KFC and City/State/United States safety regulations.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of and compliance with RBD’s Human Resources policies and processes.
