Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of managing restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs
• Knowledge and experience in staffing and analyzing profit/loss statements
• Technology skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy
• Basic math skills
• Valid Driver's License

• College degree is preferred, but not required
• One or more years of restaurant management experience is preferred
• Some positions (and locations) may require you to get a food handler permit

Responsibilities

• Driving the performance of the store
• Lead, motivate, and empower team members
• Increase productivity through coaching, and training
• Demonstrate and cultivate Godfather’s Mission, Values and Culture at the store level
• Manage restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs
• Staffing and analyzing profit/loss statements
• Problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy
• Ensure customer satisfaction
