Requirements

• A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
• Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
• Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
• Excellent customer service standards
• Passion for Results
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must pass a Drug Test and Background Check
• Must be atleast 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day operations
• Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, & reviewing financial reports
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building
• Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members
• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service
• Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws
• Works with integrity, honesty and accountability in all situations
