About The Position

The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations, including driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction. This role also oversees the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests at all times, enforces applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines, and understands, manages, and practices safe food-handling procedures. The manager will also assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred

Responsibilities
