As a Restaurant Manager at Whataburger, you will oversee a high-volume restaurant with average annual sales exceeding $4M and a team of over fifty Family Members. This position focuses on supporting operational performance, developing your team, collaborating with your Operating Partner and fellow leaders, and driving improvements to strengthen the restaurant and enhance your leadership.
