About The Position

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store franchisee of Dunkin’ locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas, is seeking passionate individuals to join their team. The Restaurant Manager will administer, direct, and oversee the effective recruitment and development of team members, ensuring the proper implementation of operational standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This role involves operating the restaurant cost-effectively by setting and achieving sales and profitability goals, with accountability for the store's full P&L statement. The manager must demonstrate strong leadership, remain engaged with customer and employee needs, and drive continuous improvement in store operations. During their assigned shift, they are responsible for managing processes and people to deliver a great and friendly guest experience, ensuring product preparation meets standards, and overseeing the service delivered by the store team. Leadership, direction, and motivation will be provided to the store team, and the manager will be responsible for counseling, disciplining, promoting, or firing store-level employees.

Requirements

  • Experience in the food service industry is required
  • Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification
  • Must be able to fluently speak/read English
  • Math and writing skills
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
  • Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
