WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Restaurant Manager provides strategic leadership for all restaurant operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role leads and develops teams, fosters a culture of hospitality and accountability, and ensures the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability are consistently achieved. This role oversees daily outlet operations, while also supporting all other Food & Beverage venues for overall departmental success.

Requirements

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract is required for this role
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card and Hawaii Maui Liquor Card is required for this role
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Food & Beverage managers and team members through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning ensuring alignment with company culture, service standards, and long-term business objectives
• Oversee financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, inventory control, and revenue generation initiatives to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
• Partner with Culinary and Beverage leadership to develop menus, special offerings, and beverage programs that enhance quality, innovation, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain a visible leadership presence within the operation, fostering guest relationships, recognizing team achievements, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring exceptional service experiences
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Promote effective communication and collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent service excellence
