About The Position

Copper Cellar and Cappuccino's is looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves hospitality and knows how to bring out the best in a team. You'll help lead daily operations, support both front and back of house team members, and make sure every guest feels welcome and well cared for. We're looking for an organized, positive leader who communicates clearly, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in a great restaurant experience.

Requirements

2–5 years of restaurant experience in casual, upscale casual, or fine dining.
A positive leader with enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
The ability to coach, train, and develop a team.

Responsibilities

Lead by example, making guest service and satisfaction a priority on every shift.
Respond to guest concerns promptly and thoughtfully, with the goal of earning their return.
Help recruit, train, develop, and retain front and back of house team members.
Work with the management team to improve the guest experience and build loyalty.
Help achieve restaurant goals for service, staffing, sales, and profitability.
Support community involvement and local marketing efforts.
Manage food costs, labor, and operating expenses while maintaining food quality and excellent service.
Identify safety hazards and take action to keep guests and team members safe.
Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time, including payroll, purchase orders, deposits, and employment forms.
