This role provides administrative and executive support to ownership and senior leadership, manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates appointments. It also assists with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting, and prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. The position maintains confidential information with professionalism and discretion, coordinates communication between ownership, management teams, vendors, and external partners, and assists with special projects across multiple restaurant concepts and business entities. It supports restaurant operations by assisting management teams with staffing, scheduling, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and operational initiatives. The role involves understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting, labor reporting, and operational reporting, as well as reviewing and assisting with invoices, accounts payable documentation, and financial record organization. It maintains organized electronic and physical filing systems, exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work environment, fosters a positive work environment, and maintains healthy relationships with resort leadership, vendors, and ownership. The role effectively schedules line-level staff to established pars and understands labor management principles, and is cognizant of the importance of waste control, inventory management, and limiting breakage. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of management experience in full-service, moderate- to high-volume restaurants, and previous experience supporting executives, ownership, or senior leadership is preferred. A strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, scheduling, inventory controls, and financial reporting is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), POS systems, and restaurant technology platforms is necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen, vast food, beverage, and hospitality product knowledge, and professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, ownership, and business partners are essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information, and being self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills are also key. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate operational and administrative needs are important. The role requires the ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time and comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and supporting multiple locations or business entities.
