About The Position
My Burger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead their Minneapolis Skyway location. This is a full-time leadership role within a growing, locally owned concept, offering weekday, daytime hours with no nights or weekends. The objective is to lead daily operations through strong execution of systems, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership, guiding the team, maintaining high standards, and driving sales through consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
- Ability to confidently work both kitchen and front-of-house positions
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset
- Proven ability to grow sales through systems, execution, and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and pride in running a great restaurant
Responsibilities
- Leading the team during daily service, both front of house and in the kitchen
- Ensuring smooth execution of operational systems, food quality, and service standards
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members
- Driving sales growth through operational excellence and disciplined execution
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run restaurant environment
