About The Position

Opening Fall 2026, AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown will bring a dynamic new hospitality experience to the heart of Uptown Dallas, blending the modern sophistication of AC Hotels with the vibrant energy of Moxy. As part of this exciting dual-branded opening, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all food and beverage operations, including the signature restaurant, bar/lounge, banquets, and in-room dining. This leader will drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee daily operations, develop and mentor team members, manage inventory and service standards, and play a key role in launching one of Dallas' most anticipated hotel destinations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
