Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Full work availability – days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• 1+ years’ restaurant management experience
• Exposure to financial accountability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Satisfy a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Delight guests
• Manage restaurant operations to achieve business success
• Contribute to community initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including under tables and prep areas
• Communicate effectively with fellow employees and guests
• Oversee and manage various restaurant areas including dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area
