About The Position

Milk & Honey, part of Thompson Restaurants, is looking for an enthusiastic and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional experience every time a guest walks through the door. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn great service into loyal guests and a strong team culture. As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a key leader on the floor, supporting daily operations, coaching and developing team members, maintaining service standards, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive sales, control costs, solve problems, and create an environment where both guests and employees feel valued. Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants is a vibrant, elevated dining destination known for its soulful flavors, warm hospitality, and energetic atmosphere. Requirements

• Experience managing fast-paced restaurant.
• Leadership experience.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
