Requirements

Dunkin Brands University Graduate (required)
1 year of restaurant supervisory experience (required)
Adaptability across different service styles and concepts
Strong leadership presence with a passion for team development

Responsibilities

Own and elevate daily operations for Dunkin’
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Build a strong, positive team culture with open communication and high morale
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistent quality and execution
Recruit, hire, and train top talent in compliance with all regulations
Drive financial performance—manage labor, control costs, and hit revenue goals
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
Design and implement impactful training programs that keep your team sharp
Directly supervise Shift Leaders and Crew Members, playing a key role in shaping the culture and success of the operation while aligning with company goals and standards.
