Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or similar role
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

• Food safety certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations with a focus on the kitchen / BOH
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Lead food preparation, presentation, and quality control
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls
• Mentor, train, and develop kitchen staff to build a high-performing team
• Partner with management team to achieve sales, labor, and guest satisfaction goals
