Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Understanding, managing and practicing safe food handling procedures.
- Experience managing performance of team members including coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous kitchen / culinary experience is helpful but not required.
