Responsibilities

  • Follow and implement Marriott brand standards consistently.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health department regulations and food safety requirements.
  • Maintain excellent communication with guests and staff to foster a positive dining experience.
  • Lead and promote teamwork among restaurant staff.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings to align team goals and priorities.
  • Manage weekly inventory to control costs and maintain stock levels.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Oversee training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide tips training and encourage best practices in service.
