About The Position

At Felipe’s, the Restaurant Manager (RM) functions as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) and serves as the second-in-command at the restaurant. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Multi-Unit Manager to drive strong operations, financial performance, and an outstanding guest experience. This is a visible leadership role — on the floor, in the kitchen, and wherever the team needs support.

Requirements

  • Restaurant management or strong supervisory experience
  • Understanding of labor, food cost, and inventory control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work 45–50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
  • ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Responsible Vendor permit
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Uphold all guest service and food & beverage standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Support scheduling and manage labor efficiency
  • Help control COGS and inventory levels
  • Place routine kitchen product orders within budget guidelines
  • Oversee safe food handling and recipe execution
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and POS accountability
  • Address guest concerns professionally using the LAST model
  • Supervise daily operations and step into any position when needed
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and equipment care
  • Complete manager logs and administrative duties accurately
