About The Position

We are currently working with a multi-entity, family-owned restaurant group in the Wisconsin Dells to find an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team. The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This position involves overseeing all front-of-house operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • SafeServe Wisconsin certification
  • Proven experience in team management within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively train staff on food handling procedures and service protocols.
  • Experience in shift management to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.

  • Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to uphold service standards.
  • Coordinate shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Oversee catering operations and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new front-of-house team members.
