As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee a high-volume restaurant with average annual sales exceeding $4M and a team of over fifty Family Members. Your role involves creating an environment that fosters great food, service, and teamwork daily. You will rotate through Customer, Quality, and People Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to develop comprehensive leadership skills, preparing you for future Operating Partner opportunities. You are expected to drive impact by supporting operational performance, develop your team with a focus on service, collaborate with your Operating Partner and fellow leaders, and continuously improve the restaurant's strength and your leadership capabilities.
