The Restaurant Manager is responsible for promoting and acting in accordance with the mission of Southerleigh Hospitality Group. This role ensures that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis. The manager is expected to ensure that all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. A key aspect of the role is ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. The manager also controls cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures, and achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through employee training and by creating a positive, productive working environment.
