The Restaurant Manager will embody the Spirit of Hospitality and operate with the intent of ensuring Every Guest Leaves Happy! This role involves close collaboration with Chefs to ensure the highest quality food and beverage are served. The Manager provides continued coaching and development of all staff in executing service and guest satisfaction standards. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a leader in living the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, providing leadership and assistance to the General Manager to ensure all team members are guest-focused and team-focused. The AGM exercises knowledge of restaurant operations, manages staff resources, provides counsel, develops and coaches team members, and helps to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards.
