About The Position

Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave's of America, is seeking an energetic, fun-loving, and enthusiastic Manager for its Detroit market locations. This role involves overseeing and directing all aspects of restaurant operations, including achieving sales and profit targets, maintaining high food quality standards, and upholding the company's commitment to excellence. The Manager is crucial in setting the tone for each shift and leading the team with passion to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a leader, coach, mentor, and trainer who is willing to "dig in" and contribute to operating the home of the "World’s Greatest Ribs." The restaurant boasts a scratch kitchen with authentic, in-house smoked meats, homemade sides, desserts, and handcrafted cocktails. The position requires proven leadership skills and a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service, casual dining environment. Candidates must be available to work across a minimum of three locations within the Detroit market (Westland, Novi, Taylor, and Roseville).
