About The Position

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida. This highly visible, guest-facing leadership role is centered on exceptional floor management within a high-volume, upscale dining environment. The ideal candidate thrives on the dining room floor, leading service execution, coaching team members in real time, and ensuring every guest receives a memorable, elevated experience. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for directing daily front-of-house operations, maintaining service standards, managing guest interactions, and driving operational excellence throughout every shift. You will lead by example, provide hands-on support to the team, and foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in upscale dining preferred
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assigning tasks for service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
  • Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for corrections needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory
