Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
- Commitment to hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands
- Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with a focus on Guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
- Coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house Teammates
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
- Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- Resolve Guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Maggiano's culture
- Partner with leadership to execute restaurant initiatives and drive results
