About The Position

Peiwei is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily restaurant operations, and driving team performance in a fast-paced airport environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-casual or airport dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and airport regulations.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with corporate management to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
