About The Position

We are currently recruiting for Restaurant Manager, who possess strong leadership skills and are highly motivated. Store managers are the key individuals representing Pizza Pizza in all aspects of Operations and Guest Services. We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to manage our restaurants in Saskatchewan, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

Food service and management experience required
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and computer skills.
A valid driver's license is essential
Conscientious and profitability-oriented approach.
Multi-unit experience, ideally with a background in restaurant openings or training
Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends and holidays.
Ability to meet deadlines through effective time management.
Desire to constantly take on challenges to foster personal growth.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.

Post-Secondary diploma/degree is an asset

Responsibilities

Help employees establish exceptional customer service.
Ensure the presentation of safe food products to customers.
Lead by example by presenting a professional image at all times.
Provide weekly reports of the store budget, daily inventory of stock.
Increase sales to meet revenue targets; ensure that all labor costs are within budget.
Maintain high company standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Perform minor maintenance work, as needed.
Seek opportunities for the restaurant to participate in community events.
Maintain food product inventory levels deemed acceptable for sales volumes.
Provide a pleasant work environment.
