About The Position

This role focuses on ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead by example management style. The manager will utilize leadership skills to motivate employees, manage costs, and oversee labor. Key responsibilities include inspecting the establishment to ensure compliance with safety and health standards, as well as liquor regulations, and maintaining accurate paperwork such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
• Extensive front of house knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities
