About The Position

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the opening team at Hundredfold Atlanta, an exciting new restaurant opening in Fall 2026 at The Battery Atlanta. Created in partnership with acclaimed celebrity chef Tim Hollingsworth, Hundredfold will deliver an elevated dining experience centered on exceptional cuisine, genuine hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in launching this highly anticipated restaurant, helping to build, train, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team. This position is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who is passionate about guest service, team development, and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for both guests and employees. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, supporting financial performance goals, and fostering a culture of hospitality and operational excellence. Working closely with the General Manager and culinary leadership team, you will help create an outstanding dining experience that reflects the vision of this exciting chef-driven concept. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
  • Strong computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word & Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
  • Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for needed corrections
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory
