About The Position

The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: Overseeing daily operations Managing staff Ensuring customer satisfaction Managing inventory and ordering supplies Creating and implementing marketing strategies Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Managing finances and budgeting Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
