Requirements

Solid experience in restaurant management
Strong customer service experience
Leadership experience
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional communication and coaching skills
High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations.
Lead a crew to provide fantastic customer service.
Train employees and ensure they are well taught in their role.
Encourage team building and ensure efficiency, quality food, and exceptional customer service.
Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and dish presentation.
Motivate employees while providing constructive feedback.
Hiring, training, and scheduling of front and back of the house staff.
Ordering all inventory, including food and equipment.
Ensuring all restaurant equipment is maintained.
Resolve any customer complaints that might arise.
