The Thistle Grill Restaurant Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for the daily operations of The Thistle Grill, the Club’s casual dining restaurant known for its fast-paced, high-volume service. This role also oversees operations of the Poolside Grill during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), ensuring a high standard of service, smooth workflow, and a welcoming environment for members and guests.
