At least 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full service setting.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, maintaining a strong presence on the floor and setting the tone for service and hospitality.
Help manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to ensure smooth and efficient shifts.
Uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Identify and execute operational improvements and effectively resolve any deviations from standard operating procedures.
Assist with inventory tracking, vendor communication, and orders to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Interact with guests and resolve issues with care, making sure every visit leaves a lasting impression.
Coach, train, and guide team members to grow in their roles and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
